1. What NeuroStar is

NeuroStar is a free app for families and trainers: a shared timetable, tasks and check-ins, a star system with a reward shop, and lesson feedback from trainers. It is provided by invitation. Using it means you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. Accounts

• You must be 18 or older to create a parent or trainer account. Children use the app through a login code and PIN that a parent or trainer creates for them.
• By adding or claiming a child you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian, or a trainer acting with the family's knowledge.
• Keep your password and your children's PINs private. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us at once if you think it has been misused.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Stars and rewards

Stars have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged outside the app. Rewards in a family shop are promises made by that family, and rewards in a studio shop are promises made by that trainer; Wellon Chou Coaching is not a party to them and does not supply them. Parents and trainers decide what to approve.

4. Trainers

Trainers using NeuroStar are independent of Wellon Chou Coaching unless we say otherwise. We do not vet, employ or guarantee trainers who join by invitation, and any lessons, fees or arrangements are between the trainer and the family. Trainer notes and ratings are the trainer's opinion, meant to help the child, and are not an assessment or a prediction of results.

5. Acceptable use

• Use the app only for your own family or the students you teach.
• Upload only photos and files you have the right to share, and nothing unlawful, abusive or unrelated to a task.
• Do not try to access other families' data, probe the service for weaknesses, or overload it.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Your content

Timetables, tasks, notes and uploaded files stay yours. You give us permission to store and show them to the people you have connected, which is what the app is for. You can delete them at any time, and they are removed as described in the privacy policy.

7. The service

NeuroStar is provided free and as it is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw features. Where the law allows, Wellon Chou Coaching is not liable for indirect loss or for decisions you make based on information in the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law.

8. Ending

You can stop using NeuroStar and delete your account at any time from Account. We may close the service or your account with reasonable notice, or immediately for misuse.

9. Changes and contact

If these terms change materially, we will show the new version when you next sign in. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Questions go to wellonchou.rightbrain@gmail.com.
